  • Session identifiers (non-persistent, not linked to personal identity unless you submit a form)
  • Geographic data derived from IP address (country, city)

If you disclose proprietary business concepts, trade secrets, product ideas, or other confidential information to us during preliminary discussions or through our NDA process, such information is treated as strictly confidential under the terms of any applicable Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Oregon trade secret law (ORS 646.461 – 646.475, Oregon Uniform Trade Secrets Act).

NDA eSign records and associated disclosures are retained for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with Oregon contract law and ORS 12.080 (6-year statute of limitations for written contracts, plus reasonable buffer). Analytics data is retained for up to 24 months.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures including HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls, and input sanitization to protect your data. Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. You disclose information at your own risk; however, we commit to prompt notification if a data breach occurs as required under ORS 646A.604 (Oregon Consumer Information Protection Act).

7. Third-Party Services

We use limited third-party service providers (e.g., hosting, email delivery, analytics) who are contractually bound to process your data only on our behalf and in accordance with applicable law. We do not share your confidential business information with any third party without your express consent or a valid legal obligation.
